By using MockupOpen, you agree to use this browser-based mockup studio lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Your content remains yours. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for every wallpaper, logo, image, font and other asset you use or export. Do not use the service to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.

You must not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass technical limits, automate abusive bulk activity, or attempt to copy, resell or redistribute MockupOpen templates and service assets outside the permissions we give you.

Account features, plans and the current free-access offer may change as the product develops. We may restrict or suspend access needed to protect users, the service or our rights. The free studio is provided as available; please keep your own copies of work you need to retain.

Google sign-in, analytics and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may revise these terms when the service changes. Continued use after a revised version is published means you accept the updated terms.
